Designation System Test Engineer - ISL in IndiaJob Description Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience and must be critical-thinking with recent experience in system test. He/she must be a team player with the aptitude, energy, and proven skills to ensure that Jazz based software products exceed customer quality expectations. The selected candidate must be able to create effective test strategies that provide ample coverage of core and custom functionality; report defects and follow through defect resolution cycle; perform deeper analysis to help assess root cause. This role requires a strong technical and business aptitude for understanding user requirements and use-case and end-to-end based testing. The successful candidate must be able to develop comprehensive test plans and drive them through approval process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail are a must. The position requires the ability to interact effectively with a global cross-functional team and to work with minimal supervision.
