Arcus is a place where you and the Faculty will develop and implement the ideas by getting the things out of you that you never knew you had. Immediately upon your completion from Arcus, you will find out how well prepared you really are - academically and personally, to take up the challenges of the professional world.
Participants will learn, practice, and refine the skills needed to perform their job functions. Training is hands-on and step-by-step and participants are encouraged to ask questions. Repetition and practice extends further retention of the materials. Classes have a maximum of twenty participants, so they receive personal attention. Proven teaching techniques are used to reinforce materials. Workbooks help participants progress step-by-step, and provide a practical "do-it-yourself refresher course" you can refer as when needed.
Our Public Training program is conducted by our Corporate Trainers. With this mode of training we are able to mould our candidates, so that they are exactly groomed to meet the demands of the corporate world. The participants are also examined on Soft Skills, Aptitude and Interview Handling Skills. We have Placed Many of such trained candidates on various Skills with Wipro, Cognizant and many other companies in Bangalore, chennai and Hyderabad.
Arcus is the one of the few companies that has a dedicated placement cell across India. Our team has bagged many consulting offers from many clients across India. We give a professional support to our students till they get a placement. Participants are allowed to utilize the LAB sessions 24 Hrs a day.We prepare candidates in Tune with the Companies requirement. On Completion of the training the participants are trained on Project induction program. This makes things easier for them to take up real time projects.
